Summary	0021853: Channeling skills are lagging a lot
Description	After the patch, сhanneling skills lag a lot. This is expressed in the fact that such skills begin to cause damage only after a second, there was no lag before the patch. Tested on classes such as Chosen, Marauder, Witch Elf.
Steps To Reproduce	To reproduce this bug, you need to tap any channeling ability. For example: Ruthless Assault, Relentless, Convulsive Slashing etc.

dalen 2023-12-18 09:40 manager ~0041767	Relentless and Convulsive Slashing do damage immediately when pressing the ability. Ruthless Assault has no initial tick, so it takes 0.5s before it does damage.
