i was going to report this, it seems the hate pool can raise only by 5 x sec by being hit, idk if there are some kind of hard double check client and server side communicating making the problem. But it seems hate generated outside that 5 x sec is discarded.
It does feel this way tough: 1- you recive dmg 1-this is comunicated to server 3-the server then tell client to raise hate to 5/100 4- the server is waiting for client confirmation before raise it again, and so this delay in the check makign all other hate be discarded 5- after reciving client confirmation of hate being raised then server allow next hit to raise hate again.
The server should have a hate pool only server side and the bg player should only check/recive for ammount update if in combat every 0.50 sec, and skill that consume hate should not check client hate ammount but ask server to use a skill and the check if enough hate is present should be server side. The ammount displayed on client should only be visual. |

thats a different issue, also bg used a hate spending skill in that video, BG can only generate 5 hate every time it get it, unless there is some kind of tactic that increase hate, or reduce hate spending, it's litteraly the meccnic description, the bug is the one i described above. |

again skill description in image down here and there is not a single skill on BG that provide 3 hate, unelss it was a bug in live aswell ( likely ) |
