DescriptionWhirling Pin/Sticky Squigz does not work if snare cannot be applied.
Steps To ReproduceUse Whirling Pin/Sticky Squigz on a target that has immunity to snare
Additional InformationNot sure if intended - as far as I remember, this is how it was on live, but was changed somewhere down the line to selfpunt, even if snare is not applied, since tooltip is very clear.
