Summary0021906: Rune Priest 6 Piece Triumph Bonus not Proccing Properly off of Rune of Adamant
DescriptionPrior to the ability rework - it would have a very high uptime. Now it has a much lower uptime.

It appears that this is because it is not proccing off of the rune of adamant ticks - which are direct heals - or it is proccing at a different rate from before


Steps To ReproduceI did not do it myself - someone in my guild sat down for an hour and just spammed rune of adamant and watched the procs

testing on dev it works, however it only works when you actually see green numbers. If you are getting healed it works
