Summary0021929: AP Regen Stopped - Flag Carrier's Debuff Stuck in Black Fire Basin
DescriptionRandomly after capturing the flag in Black Fire Basin, the Flag Carrier's Debuff was stuck on my character, but not immediately which was weird.

Caused no AP Regeneration for the rest of the SC.

This bug seems to be connected to my other reported AP Bug - https://bugs.returnofreckoning.com/view.php?id=21690

Cause is uncertain but it does happen often!
