Summary0021931: weapon defence proc not stacking correctly
Descriptionbefore the patch, the defence proc with hand of malal/anarchy etc would stack with the suppression parry buff from chosen, so you would get the extra 10% parry ontop. it does not currrently do that anymore, it just buffs the dodge/disrupt.
Additional Informationif you look at the pictures, the first is my base defence stats, second picture is with suppression parry buff, third picture is with anarchy defence proc, as you can see its not buffing up the parry aswell as it used to do.

procs of different names always stacked iirc. That's the bonus to having long term toons with a wide variety of loadouts surely?

This isn't really supposed to stack. Just like chosen toughness debuff aura and Vicious Strikes proc isn't stacking.
