Summary0021978: chaos tactic: warped flesh does not proc ever
Descriptionon PTR and live currently, no matter how many times u get hit, warped flesh doesnt seem to proc. dead tactic currently.
Steps To Reproduceequip the tactic then never procs.

i spend hour or so trying to get it to proc on ptr and done whole keep/fort just now without a single proc :(

@Parallels66 try to reboot, also try to remove the tactic from bar then equip it again.
