Summary	0021984: Wrong appareance for the cloak
Description	Since the new patch, my cloak appearance has been changed. The alternative appearance doesn't appear for the other people. They see my sovereign cloak (actually equiped), and not my appearance cloak (pirate cloak of the last event) I do see the pirate cloak on my char but not the others.
