Description	After 10 min ability doesn't offer self-res and after release mark not dispelled.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Cast Mark of Remaking on Yourself 2. Wait 10 min 3. Die in lakes or to any npc

Omegus 2024-01-01 15:57 reporter ~0041948	This is likely intended and matches how it worked on Mythic/live. The previous ROR version was bugged where instead of the self-res effect only lasting 10 minutes, it was incorrectly implemented as the res-accept timer lasting 10 minutes. If you check the tooltip it literally says the self-res bit is only supposed to be available if killed within 10 minutes. This is the ticket from the old ability system which explained how the old ROR version was working incorrectly: https://bugs.returnofreckoning.com/view.php?id=8138
