Summary0022086: Phosperous Shells not interacting as it used to with keeps and inner keeps walls
DescriptionCasting Phosperous Shells from an inner keep on enemy's bellow isn't working in Karak Karag (TM west keep) and Zimmeron's Hold (CW north keep). Its also not working if cast from below on a bunch of keeps

Just tested it at KV's south keep and DW's east keep - same bug. I'm going to assume its bugged on all keeps
