| Description | Engi Warlord gear proc Restraining Shot not working as indicated in the tool tip since ability patch. Used to be fairly reliable that it would root victim for the 10 seconds it claims. Since ability patch if it roots at all it's for less then 1 second. This makes running full Warlord set rather pointless. |

| Steps To Reproduce | Put on full warlord set, fire Restraining shot at target then run as they won't be rooted at all. |
