Summary0022094: War reporting out of jail leaves you immune and silenced but free to move
DescriptionI war reported out of a fortress jail and ended up at the warcamp with the jail debuff still active. Most enemy attacks did not damage me but some did. I remained silenced and unable to use any skills.

After changing zones, my skills became active and the jail debuff still appeared in my buffs, but the effect was lost.

After further testing, this only seems to apply if your War Report to the same pairing as the fortress (e.g. from Stonewatch to Kadrin Valley). Moving to a different zone correctly removes the buff.

I tested this again today, with the recent change to War Report having a 5 second channel, it is no longer possible to War Report in jail so this can no longer happen.
