Summary	0022163: WP/DOK Fortress Weapon Proc Aid X
Description	The proc doesn't apply to allies, only to yourself.
Steps To Reproduce	Direct heal allies, they won't get the proc. But if you heal yourself you will.
Additional Information	The way it worked before was if someone was healed by you via a direct heal, there was a 5% chance to gain the proc.

Nameless 2024-01-22 18:05 reporter ~0042238	It is bugged but it is not working as you present it. It proc from allies but always proc the heal on yourself. It is bugged on all healers on fortress and subj weapons and where you got it on other weapons Here is my initial report 0021918

Scottx125 2024-02-12 01:10 reporter ~0042430	@Nameless I tested it on myself and a friend. I direct healed him for 10 minutes and got no heal procs. Did it on myself and it worked.
