Summary0022214: Tanks perma blocking
DescriptionBlock is bugged and nothing is cutting through it. Any tank with a shield is completely immune to damage without using any abilities, this includes Numbing Strike/Drop Da Basha, Rampage, Pulverize, etc.
Steps To ReproduceHit any tank in the game from the front while they're wearing a shield. Try to use any ability to strikethrough.
