Summary	0022264: WH Flowing accusations tactic restores Accusations incorrect
Description	The tooltip of Flowing accusations (FA) says: All of your Executions gain a 50% chance to restore 2 Accusations. Before patch when used Trial By Pain (TOB) and instacast Executions FA restored 2 Accusations instantly, without any delay. After patch FA restores 2 Accusations in this way: 1) using instacast Executions it restores 2 Accusations with a delay of about 1/2 GCD; 2) using TOB it restores 2 Accusations only after TOB ends, and if it was interrupted doesn't restore Accusations.

Rogmor 2024-02-03 12:56 reporter ~0042374	Still №2. When TOB interrupts, FA doesn't restore Accusations. Also during TOB cast your Accusations disappear only after it ends. Dunno if it's intended, but this circumstance makes the tactic useless. Before patch there was no problems with it.
