Summary0022288: Slayer: Tactic Hastened Punishment is working on Rampage still
Description"Rampage" was changed to not exhaust rage anymore; however, this tactic, Hastened Punishment is still working on the Rampage ability to lower it's cooldown when it should no longer be labeled as an "Exhaustive attack".

Steps To Reproduce• Learn Rampage
• Slot Hastened Punishment
• Notice the cooldown is affected even though Rampage is no longer an "Exhaustive attack"
