| Description | Rune of Nullification Rune Priest tactic (30% IHD) seems to be stacking with weapon proc effects such as Fortress Chraceaxe (25% IHD). Tested on a choppa with RP and WL doing the IHD's and a shaman healing the choppa and comparing numbers. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Get RP + WL, take rune of nullification on RP and Fortress Chraceaxe on WL Get Destro character as target dummy and a Destro healer Do some damage without the debuffs, heal the character and record that amount Apply one debuff (RP first is easier), heal the damaged character and record that amount Apply two debuffs (RP and weapon proc), heal the damaged character and record that amount Compare the amounts to see that with both debuffs applied, healing is reduced further than with only one debuff applied | ||||
