it happend to abilitys on cooldown in combination with a loading screen (sc, zone switch ets...) reproduce ability on cooldown -> loading screen -> unlimited cooldown |

This is happening when you have an ability on cd and you zone in or out of an sc or to another zone. The timer does not count down and you have to do a full relog to fix it. |
