Hello Paoz I have reviewed legacy content of all the Exotic Arabyan Steeds, and could not find an instance of the horse's reins being a component of the game. (Note: If you are able to provide a screenshot or a video where the reins are clearly visible, we can reopen this issue, however, much like the game's bowstrings, these items were likely purposely left for the imagination to fill in.)
