Wood Choppaz in Avelorn is one example where players can AFK across the river in PvE and still get renown ticks. There are probably many others BOs throughout different zones near PvE that can also be abused in this way.

Perhaps the server can check if the player is inside the lake and RvR flagged before awarding renown from BOs.
