Summary	0022357: Cannot locate vendors for lvl 175 talisman reliquaries
Description	Hello-I may have missed the announcement, but I do not see lvl 175 crafting reliquaries in either Altdorf or Karaz at the usual Quatermasters. Was this feature removed?
