Can confirm that the Rend Soul channel is breaking virtually instantly. It'll tick 1 time on intial activation then instantly cancel without giving any error, no interupts, cc, etc. I tested this with my DoK Dourdenn and another DoK in my guild in the dueling area. This bug triggers a lot more when the targets are moving. You can sometimes get lucky and get the channel to go off if both the DoK and enemy target are standing still, which is rare, and even then it will still bug and cancel itself. I was intially confused and thought this was tied in with the new LoS/cone system but it turns out that the new LoS system is just extremely tight and fragile. However this bug seems to exist outside of that. |

This was extended and worked on in a previous patch to allow better for latency. If you are still experiencing this please create a new ticket. Add where you are from in the notes as well. Thank you |
