Summary0022397: Toughness doesn't mitigate some of the magic damage
DescriptionToughness buffs and debuffs have no effect on damage mitigation whatsoever against some of the magical abilities. Tested with brain bursta (with and without toughness debuff tactic, no effect on damage. Also with and without toughness potion, no effect on damage) and witchbrew (with and without toughness debuff). However toughness mitigated wracking pains damage.
Steps To ReproduceDebuff or buff toughness and hit player with brain bursta and witchbrew. You should see no effect in mitigation.

Not sure about Brain Busta, but Witchbrew is a proc dmg- meaning it ignores toughness but also doesn't scales with str and can't crit.

Brain Bursta with Hurts, Don't It? - works.

Witchbrew has been updated in previous Balance Patch.
