Summary	0022411: Bug with quest Explosive Situation
Description	For the quest "Explosive Situation", the plunger in West Praag is not interactable. The other two for the quest worked fine. Also, when near the West Praag plunger and facing the building from the tree, there's a corner of the building to the left that you can fall into and are not able to get out of. Using /rel ports you to a bottom edge of the building on the back side, underground, and any move you make you just fall.
Steps To Reproduce	Try to interact with the plunger.
