Summary	0022427: Lair of Xaphan the Pyre tome unlock no longer works
Description	Entering said lair in Caledor 54k, 27k no longer unlocks in ToK. Previous character has been able to obtain this.
Steps To Reproduce	Enter lair with character without ToK unlock.
