Summary	0022428: RP Stagger sometimes does not trigger and goes on cooldown
Description	RP Stagger sometimes does not trigger and goes on cooldown. Combat log does neither show hit nor disrupt/block. In the Video you can see the Stagger going on Cooldown, but nothing happens. I show the combat log afterwards. This happens sometimes - maybe because of max distance stagger or smth. -- sry for the shitty video quality :(
