Summary0022441: Supply Boxes unable to be turned in for the first 0000003:0000010 min in Caledor zone
DescriptionCaledor opened up around 10 mins ago.
Boxes from BOs weren't able to be turned in in neither the Destro keep or to the WC flag for 9 min or so.
Observed from multiple players besides myself being stuck with a supply on them unable to turn them in.
Message prompt when trying to turn them in: ''This keep is not active!''. Both in wc and keep.

This is normal, keeps are locked when a zone first opens up. If you look at SoR you will see the status of the keeps.
