Summary	0022476: Snare immunity don't work on RP Immolating Grasp tactic
Description	After the snare nerf, i find the RP Immolating Grasp tactic too powerful. You have a chance to get PERMA snare for EVER against Dps RP. As dps, using anti-snare ability and still get snare because of this tactic is annoying and it shouldn't work like that. I hope you'll fix that or find an other way to get RP snare usefull without being overrated.
