Hi what63,

Thank you for your report. The issue with the internal cooldown (ICD) of 2 seconds for Shield of the Sun, Bane Shield, and Discordant Fluctuation procs on Knight of the Blazing Sun/Chosen has been addressed.

These abilities did not have descriptions indicating an ICD longer than the standard for procs, but this has been fixed.
