| Description | Just realized the Hot on cleanse tactic Ishas Encouragement from AM does not stack with itself on the same target anymore, when it def. used to in the not so distant past. Couldnt find a change to that tactic in the more recent notes (went back until ability rework) |

| Steps To Reproduce | Well have someone hit you or an ally with something you can cleanse while having the tactic slotted and see if it stacks when spammed (or being kept on 5 sec cd since the tactic duration is 9 sec), youll see it only refreshing itself but not stacking. |
