Hello Carnagehunts,

I have attempted to replicate this issue to no avail. Blades IX does indeed trigger, but it is a 2% chance 'on hit', which does not count attacks that are mitigated by your defenses.

I have determined that Bluntstop's proc is working as intended, and I have included a screenshot of my personal testing against a Pusbringer champion in IC.
