Description	quest does not progress beyond stage 1. 2nd stage has no mobs. quest an axe to grind also requires pq so it cannot be completed.

ekalime 2024-08-22 00:45 developer ~0044084	removed the duplicate banners that were preventing the player from clicking the PQ objective (no idea where they came from); however this PQ is not part of the "An Axe to Grind" quest*, that is the ogre pq next door.
