| Description | Tactic under Discord tree does not ever trigger on any disrupt.
Other move speed tactics for IB and BG do work, but do not need to be able to spec into. So other like tactics do trigger, just this one does not. |

| Steps To Reproduce | Open RVR, Scenarios, Duels - tracking disrupts via log, buffheads, WSCT. Cannot get to trigger under any circumstances. |
