As per the title.

If either of these exhaustives are used in yellow, they deal damage but no snare. The snare only gets applied if used in red.

There seem to be no difference between the two abilities in terms of replicating the bug.

Steps To Reproduce1. Be choppa or slayer.

2. Use AoE snare while yellow and in range of a target.

3. See no snare effect or debuff on the target(s).

4. Use AoE snare again, this time while red.

5. See the expected 5s snare effect and debuff on the target(s).

Hi Bejkon,

Thank you for your report on the Slayer/Choppa abilities "No Escape" and "Wot's Da Rush?"

This issue has been fixed. Previously, the snare was only applying in the red state and only affecting one target. Now, the snare should correctly apply to all targets in both yellow and red states.
