Summary0022623: Napalm Grenade missing final tick of damage
DescriptionNapalm Grenade (and presumably Dissolving Mist) ramp up damage every 10 seconds, hitting every 2 seconds for 30 seconds. Based on this I would expect 5 ticks low dmg, 5 medium dmg and 5 high damage. However the final high damage tick does not occur, despite the effect still appearing on the ground at the time the final tick should occur.
Steps To ReproduceThrow Napalm Grenade on training dummy and watch combat log.

After casting, there's a 0000001:0000002 sec animation of the flames spreading before it starts doing damage, this delays the first tick so there's no time left for the final tick. Perhaps this is the way it was intended after all, it just feels a little bad to have the most damaging part of the ability be the shortest.
