Summary	0022644: Blackguard: Crush Vitality Tactic broken
Description	Since the new patch the tactic almost never procs. It is way below 25%.
Steps To Reproduce	-Slot Crush Vitality -hit enemy mob. -tactic wont proc on the enemy.

CyunUnderis 2024-05-03 08:51 reporter ~0042760	No, the tactic works properly but the tooltip is not up to date : https://bugs.returnofreckoning.com/view.php?id=22632 In Patch Notes 03/05/2024 : - Crush Vitality - Reworked to: Crush the Weak now additionally lowers the target’s auto attack speed by 35%. Now available at lvl 39.
