Summary	0022669: PHANTOMS BLADE - Wounds buff changed after last patch
Description	I'm not really sure if this change was announced or if it was intended this way but this swordmaster proc is not buffing the amount of wounds it was buffing before. Before the proc without any points on its path started at 48 wounds, now it starts at 32 wounds.
