Summary	0022689: PQ with random lettering/Crash/NPCs disappear
Description	I was in the Undercroft in the Inevitable city when I suddenly got a random PQ with mixed up lettering and numbers. After the PQ popped up all the NPCs in the undercroft disappeared. I re-logged, when logging back in the screen was blacked out and the mini-map told me I was in "Zone-0" then I died. After I released, I had a wounds de-buff but everything in game was fixed. Not sure if this is new or has been reported previously.
Steps To Reproduce	Have not reproduced it.
