Summary	0022712: Quest does not register completion
Description	Gems with Benefits does not proc after slotting talisman so quest can not be turned in
Additional Information	Remade a Dwarf Engineer due to loss of quest rewards from Bitterstone Legacy as well as Gems with Benefits not completing and both issues remain
