0022716: [Ruin And Destruction] Morale2 on BW still have 30ft range when all other pbaoe got reduced to 25ft
Description
BW M2 still have 30ft despite the Sorc mirror Shatter is reduced to 25ft. This seem like an oversight on the aoe width reduction patch.
Steps To Reproduce
1) log order BW
2) go to mobs/target dummies and stand at 26ft and see that your aoe abilities cant reach
3) get m2 and drop it at the same spot and see taht the M2 will still reach
