Summary	0022727: Da Waaagh! Teef - action points reduced to 20 after login/zone change
Description	My lvl38 SM has the "Da Waaagh! Teef"-set equipped. After every login or after changing zones the total action points are reduced to 20. Unequipping one part of the set solves the problem, but it's annoying, particularly in RvR.
