Summary0022739: till lvl 5 u cant even whisper someone
DescriptionIs it possible to change it at least that u can /w people, many times u dont get dungeon group etc. because spot is filled and u are not fast enought to relog and answer, or u a mid sc and dont want to leave instant. I know why it was implemented but /w people would be nice.

The reason behind it is to keep out advertisement by bots from the chat functions

This is an intended feature, not a bug. For now there are no plans for changing it.
