Summary	0022744: Oath Rune of Sanctuary not working
Description	Several times on 28 May 2024 I died with Oath Rune of Sanctuary on my RP and was not given the option to self rez.
Steps To Reproduce	Cast Oath Rune of Sanctuary on yourself, die.
