Shroud of Magnus is granting 100% disrupt and spell dmg immunity for 7 sec with a 60 second shared cooldown that blocks the other 2 self buffs. It was always intended and working that way, that nothing magical could bypass it. not even magic morals. It works that way to offer the Stealth classes a way to get into stealth even when they get channeled or dotted by a caster. The Undefendable context from Bolt of Change and Snipe is ment for basic defence statts like block, dodge, disrupt |

It did not work that way in the past. Bolt of Change would still hit regardless of any morale or ability that granted 100% disrupt. It was essentially a guaranteed hit. |
