Summary | 0022751: 4Piece Triump statbuff overwritest liniments/consumeables
Description | Hello, Just fiddled around with seeing how how I could stack Int. And found out that the "Savage Blasts" proc on 4Piece Triump on BW/Sorc is overwriting if you have a Tolling Bell, or a +80 Int potion active. Instead of the Consumeable + Proc, you just get the difference between the Int value from consumeable and the 130Int proc in this case 50int on the screenshot. I assume they should stack, or the proc seems kinda meh after it got changed from being an Undefendable no ap cost garenteed crit proc to this Toughness debuff + self mainstat buff proc.
Steps To Reproduce | 1) Equip 4piece Triump on BW 2) activate a Tolling Bell liniment 3) do .getstats on yourself and check int 4) hit an targetdummy and wait for the proc 5) after getting the proc check .getstats on yourself while the proc is active and see that the int buff from Tolling Bell 60int has been overwritten by 130int mainstat from Triump proc. Rendering the Liniment pretty useless when running this gear bonus.

Tested it on other careers too. Could confirm it being the same situation on Choppa, Slayer, SH, BW |

The proc behaves as an ability so this should be working as intended. Same result on all other 4-piece triumphant and vanq procs.
Hi wonshot, Thank you for your report. The issue with the "Savage Blasts" proc from the 4-piece Triumph set on Bright Wizard/Sorcerer overwriting consumables like Tolling Bell liniment or +80 Int potions has been noted. Please note that procs are considered abilities, and thus they do not stack with other abilities or potions. Therefore, this behavior is not considered a bug. The proc will overwrite the Int buff from consumables because it is treated as an ability. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to create a new ticket. Thank you for helping us improve the game! Best regards, Emissary |
