Summary0022780: Hardy Concession renown ability does not reduce outgoing healing as stated
DescriptionHardy Concession is supposed to reduce your incoming damage in exchange for reduced outgoing damage and healing. However the reduced healing component seems to be missing.

I also tested on a healer just to be sure, I saw the same healing numbers before and after applying the renown tactic.
