Summary	0022790: For The Witch King! Tooltip errors.
Description	For The Witch King! ability has a few tooltip errors. Firstly, it is labeled as a hex. Being that it is a group buff, and not a debuff, that is likely incorrect. It is, presumably, meant to be labeled as a Blessing, like other BG abilities such as Shield of Fury. Secondly, the spell functionality itself is worded poorly. It states "You deal 30 feet to all enemies in front of you for 153 damage, then bless group members within 100 feet for the next 10 seconds by decreasing the cooldown of abilities used by 5 seconds." More accurately it should state: "You deal 153 damage to all enemies 30 feet in front of you..."
