Summary0022844: Cannot use PvE Instructor's Boon (possibly related to Lasting Renown Boost)
DescriptionError message "A better version of this effect is already affecting(sic) you." But no 75% reduced XP outside of RvR flag. Haven't been able to use one for 48 hours now since acquiring the Lasting Renown Boost. Hard restarts, leveling up, etc., still can't use it.
