Summary	0022881: Critters spawn and do not attack
Description	South of the Field of Bone in Thunder Mountain, there is a pass through the mountains where several packs of moltenback snarlers and moltenback pack leaders spawn. They remain stationary and will not aggro, even after being attacked. If you go a little further south, there are large spawns of blackhoof fawn, doe, and stags that also repeat this behavior.
Steps To Reproduce	I relogged and continued to experience this. I logged on a different character and experienced this.
