0022910: Chop Fasta! icon not greyed out when not useable
Description
Chop Fasta! icon is showing as usable when not in 'da Gud Plan! or when not using a 2-handed weapon. All other ability icons are greyed out when not useable but Chop Fasta! isn't doing this.
Steps To Reproduce
Add Chop Fasta! to action bar and stay in No Plan or Best plan stance.
Equip no weapons or any weapon that isn't 2-handed.
